การปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขตามมาตรฐานโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ผสมผสาน (รพ.สส.พท.) ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดน่าน

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการบริหารงาน การปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขตามมาตรฐานโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ผสมผสาน (รพ.สส.พท.) รวมทั้งเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และกระบวนการบริหารงานกับการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขตามมาตรฐาน รพ.สส.พท. ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดน่าน จำนวน 77 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเที่ยง 0.94 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติไคสแควร์และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. กระบวนการบริหารงานภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (M=3.73, SD=0.51) สำหรับการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขตามมาตรฐาน รพ.สส.พท. ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดน่าน อยู่ในระดับสูง (M=3.80, SD=0.50)
2. กระบวนการบริหารมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงมาก (r=.814) กับกับการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขตามมาตรฐาน รพ.สส.พท. ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดน่าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพสมรส และระยะเวลาไม่มีความสัมพันธ์
ควรมีนโยบายร่วมกันในการกำหนดเป้าหมายการดำเนินงาน และทิศทางการพัฒนาในอนาคต ตลอดจนศักยภาพของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานแพทย์แผนไทย
