ผลของรูปแบบการสอนเพื่อเสริมทักษะการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณในการพยาบาลสตรีที่มีภาวะเบาหวานขณะตั้งครรภ์

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยระหว่างนักศึกษาที่ได้รับรูปแบบการสอน เพื่อเสริมทักษะการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณในการพยาบาลสตรีที่มีภาวะเบาหวานขณะตั้งครรภ์ และนักศึกษาที่ได้รับการสอนตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 52 คน แบ่งเป็น กลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 26 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย รูปแบบการสอนเพื่อเสริมทักษะการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณฯ เอกสารประกอบการสอนเรื่องภาวะเบาหวานขณะตั้งครรภ์ กรณีศึกษาจำนวน 3 ราย และแบบประเมินการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณฯ เครื่องมือได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงเนื้อหา จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 3 ท่าน และตรวจสอบค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .76 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติบรรยาย Paired t-test และIndependent t-test
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มควบคุม มีอายุ 21 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 42.30 เพศหญิง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 96.15 และเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม เท่ากับ 2.51-3.00 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 57.70 ส่วน กลุ่มทดลอง มีอายุ 21 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 53.84 เพศหญิง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 และ เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม เท่ากับ 2.51-3.00 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 46.15 คะแนนการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณของนักศึกษาทั้งสองกลุ่มเพิ่มขึ้น เมื่อเทียบกับคะแนนเต็ม 23 คะแนน โดยกลุ่มควบคุม มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้น จากร้อยละ 40.43 เป็น 78.56 ส่วนกลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้นจากร้อยละ 39.26 เป็น 91.60 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยของการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณในการพยาบาลสตรีที่มีภาวะเบาหวานขณะตั้งครรภ์ภายหลังการทดลองกับก่อนการทดลอง พบว่านักศึกษากลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลอง มีการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณฯ ภายหลังการทดลองเพิ่มขึ้น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยของการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณฯ ระหว่างกลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลองภายหลังการทดลอง พบว่านักศึกษากลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลองมีการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณฯไม่แตกต่างกัน รูปแบบการสอนนี้เพิ่มทักษะการเรียนรู้ผ่านการใช้กรณีศึกษาในสถานการณ์ที่มีความหลากหลายส่งผลให้คะแนนเฉลี่ยของการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณเพิ่มมากขึ้น
