การวิจัยนี้เป็นการสำรวจเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวาง เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสุขในที่ทำงานของบุคลากรในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนแห่งหนึ่ง และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับความสุขในที่ทำงานของบุคลากร โรงพยาบาลชุมชน ประชากรเป้าหมายคือบุคลากรสาธารณสุขและเจ้าหน้าที่ทางการแพทย์ของโรงพยาบาล จำนวน 122 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามความสุขในที่ทำงานปรับจากเครื่องมือ Happinometer ซึ่งพัฒนาโดยสถาบันวิจัยประชากรและสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.775 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติพรรณา สถิติไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความสุขในที่ทำงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับที่มีความสุข มิติที่ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือครอบครัวดี (87%) มิติที่ค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือสุขภาพดี (58%) ระดับความสุขในที่ทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับอายุและระดับการศึกษาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value < 0.05) ส่วนเพศ สถานภาพสมรส การมีบุตร ลักษณะงาน สถานภาพการจ้างงาน ระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงาน รายได้ครอบครัว ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางสถิติกับความสุขในที่ทำงานงานวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการออกแบบการสร้างสุขในการทำงาน โดยสามารถสร้างได้ตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นเข้ามาทำงาน โดยอาจมีการจัดการแบ่งปันประสบการณ์ความสุขของบุคลากรที่อายุมากหรือเจ้าหน้าที่ ที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน ควรสนับสนุนให้มีการออกกำลังกาย จัดกิจกรรมในกลุ่มที่ระดับการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรีและสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี
