บทคัดย่อ

บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าเป็นปัญหาสาธารณสุขที่สำคัญ โดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มเยาวชนที่มีแนวโน้มสูบเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว
การวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า
ในนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี 632 คน ใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิตามขนาดโรงเรียน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคม – กันยายน 2567 และได้กลับมา 629 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติการถดถอยแบบโลจิสติกพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักเรียนมีพฤติกรรมการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า
ในรอบ 30 วันที่ผ่านมาถึง 1 ใน 4 ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด (ร้อยละ 23.80) และเริ่มใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าครั้งแรกมีอายุเฉลี่ย 14.03 ปี (S.D.=1.77) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 รายได้ครอบครัวต่อเดือน เพื่อนสนิทสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า
ในรอบ 1 ปีที่ผ่านมา มีความรู้สึกดี ไม่มีความรู้สึกอคติหรือรู้สึกเฉย ๆ ต่อบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า และการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในระดับปานกลาง น้อย และน้อยที่สุด โดยทั้ง 5 ตัวแปรสามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าได้ร้อยละ 39.50 ดังนั้น โรงเรียนจึงควรเฝ้าระวังพฤติกรรมการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่อง ส่งเสริมกลุ่มเพื่อนที่ปลอดภัย ปรับเปลี่ยนความคิด และเพิ่มความรู้เกี่ยวกับโทษของบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าต่อไป
