ประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมการสื่อสารเพื่อสัมพันธภาพต่อคุณภาพชีวิต ของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะสมองเสื่อม

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดก่อนและหลังการทดลองในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมการสื่อสารเพื่อสัมพันธภาพต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะสมองเสื่อม เกณฑ์การคัดเข้าคือเป็นผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวที่มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะสมองเสื่อมในระยะแรกน้อยกว่า 5 ปี เข้าใจภาษาไทย เกณฑ์การคัดออกคือเป็นผู้ที่มีโรคติดต่อหรือโรคเรื้อรังที่ไม่สามารถควบคุมได้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 52 คน กำหนดขนาดโดยการคำนวณค่าอำนาจการทำนาย สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างเข้ากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม จำนวนกลุ่มละ 26 คน โปรแกรมใช้เวลาทั้งสิ้น 6 สัปดาห์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามคือ แบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิตขององค์การอนามัยโลกชุดย่อฉบับภาษาไทย แบบวัดทักษะการสื่อสาร แบบวัดสัมพันธภาพ และแบบวัดการเผชิญความเครียด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย และสถิติที ผลการวิจัยพบว่าคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลในกลุ่มทดลอง (x̄=97.19, SD=11.48) สูงกว่าก่อนทดลอง (x̄=88.23, SD=11.99) และสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม (x̄=90.65, SD=13.54) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ p-value<0.05 ผลการวิจัยสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการกำหนดกิจกรรมเพื่อการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะสมองเสื่อมต่อไป
