This study examines the effect of digital supply chain integration on sustainable logistics performance in the logistics and transportation sector, with a focus on supply chain resilience, supply chain agility, and the moderating role of government policy support. Although prior studies have explored digital transformation in supply chains, limited attention has been given to how digital supply chain integration improves sustainable logistics performance through adaptive capabilities in emerging economies. Drawing on dynamic capability theory and contingency theory, digital supply chain integration is conceptualized as a strategic capability that enables firms to respond effectively to uncertainty. Data were collected from 112 logistics firms in Thailand and analyzed using OLS regression and bootstrapping procedures. The results indicate that digital supply chain integration positively affects supply chain resilience (β = 0.857, p < .001), supply chain agility (β = 0.741, p < .001), and sustainable logistics performance (β = 0.331, p < .01).
In addition, resilience (β = 0.275, p < .001) and agility (β = 0.282, p < .001) positively influence sustainable logistics performance. The findings also suggest that resilience and agility jointly support how digital supply chain integration enhances sustainable logistics performance. Although government policy support has no direct effect, it strengthens the relationship between digital integration and sustainable logistics performance (β = 0.094, p < .05). This study extends dynamic capability theory and provides practical implications for enhancing supply chain sustainability.
