Visionary Leadership: Important Factor in Vocational Management Under Thailand 4.0

This article presents the concept of the visionary leadership characteristic in vocational education management which in lien with the Thailand 4.0 policy. Study the characteristics of leadership and new concepts of visionary leadership to important factor in vocational management under Thailand 4.0 developing professional vocational leadership in order to lead oneself, others and working, this can balance the sciences and arts approaches to reach organizational goals Thailand 4.0.This is the challenging and important issues for the vocational education administrators and the connected parties in developing the vocational education to cope with the changes under the Thailand 4.0.
