บทบาทพยาบาลในการส่งเสริมการปรับตัวเข้าสู่ บทบาทการเป็นบิดาวัยรุ่น
Abstract
ชายวัยรุ่นที่เป็นบิดาก่อนวัยอันควรเนื่องจากมีบุตรโดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ ส่วนใหญ่ต้องเผชิญกับภาวะวิกฤตสอง อย่างพร้อมกัน คือ ภาวะวิกฤตที่เกิดจากพัฒนาการตามวัยของวัยรุ่น และภาวะวิกฤตในบทบาทการเป็นบิดา ผลกระทบของการเป็นบิดาวัยรุ่นมีทั้งทางด้านจิตใจ สังคม และเศรษฐกิจ ในสถานการณ์นี้บิดาวัยรุ่นต้องการการสนับสนุนจากบุคคลใกล้ชิด พยาบาลในหน่วยฝากครรภ์มีบทบาทสำคัญในการช่วยเหลือชายวัยรุ่นให้ยอมรับการตั้งครรภ์ ยอมรับบุตรในครรภ์ และสามารถปรับตัวเข้าสู่บทบาทการเป็นบิดาวัยรุ่นได้ในที่สุด เพื่อช่วยเหลือมารดาและบุตรในครรภ์ให้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีในระยะตั้งครรภ์
