การพัฒนาและประเมินประสิทธิผลหุ่นฝึกทักษะการฉีดยาเข้าชั้นกล้ามเนื้อในทารก

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและศึกษาประสิทธิผลหุ่นฝึกทักษะการฉีดยาเข้าชั้นกล้ามเนื้อในทารก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 3 สังกัดวิทยาลัยพยาบาลเครือข่ายภาคใต้ จำนวน 81 คน คัดเลือกโดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย หุ่นฝึกทักษะการฉีดยาเข้ากล้ามเนื้อในทารก แบบประเมินทักษะการฉีดยาเข้าชั้นกล้ามเนื้อในทารก และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อนวัตกรรม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .75 และ .87 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและการทดสอบที ผลการวิจัย พบว่า


1. หุ่นฝึกทักษะมีลักษณะภายนอกผลิตจากยางธรรมชาติ เคลือบด้วยสีอะคริลิกเพื่อให้มีความสมจริง และมีโครงสร้างภายในเป็นถุงซิลิโคนสำหรับรองรับของเหลว เชื่อมต่อกับท่อระบายน้ำที่มีตัวควบคุมการเปิด-ปิดได้ เพื่อให้สามารถฉีดยาซึ่งเป็นของเหลวเข้าสู่กล้ามเนื้อได้จริง


2. ภายหลังการฝึกฉีดยาเข้าชั้นกล้ามเนื้อทารกจากหุ่นพบว่า นักศึกษามีทักษะการฉีดยาเข้าชั้นกล้ามเนื้ออยู่ในระดับดีทุกคน (M = 95.25, SD = 5.37) และสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 60 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = 159.63, 95% CI 94.07 – 96.44; p < .001) และมีความพึงพอใจต่อหุ่นฝึกทักษะการฉีดยาเข้าชั้นกล้ามเนื้อในทารกในระดับมากที่สุด (M = 4.72, SD = .37)


หุ่นฝึกทักษะนี้ สามารถนำไปใช้ในด้านวิชาการ การเรียนการสอนวิชาการพยาบาลเด็กและวัยรุ่นทั้งในภาคทดลองและภาคปฏิบัติ ตลอดจนการให้ผู้เรียนสามารถฝึกปฏิบัติได้ด้วยตนเองจนเกิดความมั่นใจก่อนขึ้นฝึกปฏิบัติกับผู้ป่วยจริง และมีราคาถูก จึงควรได้รับการพัฒนาต่อยอดเชิงพาณิชย์ต่อไป
