ผลของแพลตฟอร์มบทเรียนออนไลน์สำหรับผู้ดูแล ต่อความรู้การป้องกันภาวะสมองเสื่อมในผู้สูงอายุ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดก่อนและหลังการทดลองนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของแพลตฟอร์มบทเรียนออนไลน์สำหรับผู้ดูแลต่อความรู้การป้องกันภาวะสมองเสื่อมในผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 48 คน คัดเลือกโดยการอาสาสมัคร จับคู่ตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และคะแนนความรู้ก่อนการทดลอง สุ่มเข้ากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมโดยการจับฉลากอย่างง่าย กลุ่มละ 24 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับแพลตฟอร์มบทเรียนออนไลน์ ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการดูแลและข้อมูลตามปกติ เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแพลตฟอร์มบทเรียนออนไลน์และแบบทดสอบความรู้ในการป้องกันภาวะสมองเสื่อมของผู้ดูแล มีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ .98 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นคูเดอร์-ริชาร์ดสัน 21 เท่ากับ .75 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติการทดสอบแมนวิทนีย์ยู และวิลคอกซัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มทดลองหลังเข้าร่วมแพลตฟอร์มบทเรียนออนไลน์ มีคะแนนความรู้ในการป้องกันภาวะสมองเสื่อมสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลอง (Z = 6.04, p < .001) และสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม (Z = 5.85, p < .001) และมีคะแนนเปลี่ยนแปลงระหว่างก่อนและหลังการทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (Z = 5.72, p < .001)
แพลตฟอร์มบทเรียนออนไลน์สามารถเพิ่มพูนความรู้ด้านการป้องกันภาวะสมองเสื่อมของผู้ดูแล และนำไปใช้เป็นสื่อส่งเสริมความรู้ในชุมชนและบริการสุขภาพปฐมภูมิได้
