ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยไตวายเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายที่ล้างไตผ่านทางหน้าท้องอย่างต่อเนื่องในอำเภอสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยไตวายเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายที่ล้างไตผ่านทางหน้าท้องอย่างต่อเนื่องในโรงพยาบาลสันทราย อำเภอสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 126 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายด้วยวิธีการจับฉลากแบบไม่ใส่คืน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบประเมินความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และแบบวัดพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง โดยเครื่องมือผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.98 หาความเที่ยงโดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค แบบประเมินความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.74 และแบบวัดพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคไตเรื้อรังที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยการล้างไตผ่านทางหน้าท้องอย่างต่อเนื่อง ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.86 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ด้วยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า คะแนนความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ คะแนนพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ระยะเวลาที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่าเป็นโรคไตมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (coefficient = -0.19; 95%CI: -0.35; -0.04) ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (Coefficient = 2.95; 95%CI: 2.63, 3.27)
