The Relationship between the Hypertension Service with Good Governance and the Effectiveness of the Hypertension Service at Pathum Thani Province

Abstract
The objectives of descriptive research were to study the relationship between the hypertension service with good governance and the effectiveness of the hypertension service at Pathum Thani Province. The sample were 420 hypertensive patients who seek for the service of hypertension in the community hospital and the center hospital more than 6 times between May 2018 - April 2019. The data were collected using questionnaire of the hypertension service with good governance and opinion on the effectiveness of the hypertension service. The validity was 0.75 - 1.00, the reliability of the hypertension service with good governance and the opinion on the effectiveness of the hypertension service were 0.89, 0.77. The data were collected during hospital servicing. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation and Pearson,s product moment correlation coefficient. The results were revealed as follows: the mean score of hypertension service with good governance were 4.01, SD = 0.83 and the mean score of service by law was high 4.20, SD = 0.73. The mean score of the effectiveness of the hypertension service was 4.06, SD = 0.77 and the mean score of effectiveness of health service on interviewing patient's history was high 4.51, SD = 0.51. The relationship between the hypertension service with good governance and the effectiveness of the hypertension service had significant low positive relationship p < .01 (r = .382).
