QR CODE in Thailand and Application of QR Code Technology in the Hospitals in Thailand 4.0

Currently, many patients get service in the hospital and sometimes mistakes during the service in the hospital. The main problem is usually happening at the payment and drug dispensing process. The staff that performs many patient services may cause an error. The hospital needs to develop and bring the technology into processes to reduces the mistakes. It may cause the effect on patients and hospital.
QR Code technology or Quick Response Code is the 2-dimensions barcode. Consisting of an array of black and white squares, typically used for storing URLs or other information for reading by the camera on a smartphone. The hospital can be applied the QR Code technology in the various department such as finance and drug department. The objective is to reduce the error and streamline operational processes for the patient's benefit.
