Development for Information Technology Service Management System of Muban Chombueng Rajabhat University

Abstract

            This research aims to design and develop an online management system for computer and technology services for faculty, staff, and students of the Information Technology Department, Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology. The system is developed using the Content Management System (CMS) platform WordPress to manage IT tasks on the internet, functioning as a web application creation tool. It features an automatic user notification system to provide information for monitoring operations. The system supports online work through the organization's website, including computer repair services, internet and computer network services, laboratory usage, and user password authorization. It is intended to be used in staff management and to support the work of service recipients, including teachers, staff, and students of Muban Chombueng Rajabhat University. The system's efficiency was tested with knowledgeable experts and the satisfaction of 191 sample users was evaluated using a custom assessment form. The evaluation focused on functionality, accuracy, usability, and operational efficiency, with data analyzed using descriptive statistics such as mean and standard deviation.

            The research findings indicate that the overall system performance was rated very high by users ( =4.63, SD= 0.57). The testing demonstrated that users at all levels found the system to be modern, convenient, fast, and secure, significantly improving the efficiency of service management within the organization.
