Abstract

            The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) crisis has affected tourism, economy, everyday life  as well as medical services and has prompted an urgent need to transform operations and enhance a number of conditions not only in terms of service prices but also related to service guidelines that reduce the risk of the spread of COVID-19

With SI Drive-Thru Service, patients do not need to come into the crowded area in the hospital, instead, using drive-thru service for collecting a blood sample and then go home. The Si Drive-Thru spends only 4 minutes to collect specimen from each patient, patients can leave the unit within only 15 minutes. The service will minimize the risk of contacting infectious diseases, provide convenience, and improve the quality of life of the patients.

            However, the patient who can use the drive-thru blood collection service must be Siriraj hospital patient with an appointment. Registration can be made to reserve the queue for service via "Siriraj Connect" application.
