Impact of New Normal from the situation of the COVID-19 Outbreak on Quality of Life of Students in International Programs, Faculty of Physical Therapy, Mahidol University

The objectives of this research are to study the effects of the New Normal from COVID-19 pandemic on Students of International Program, Faculty of Physical Therapy, Mahidol University. The samples consisted of 32 international program students from Master of Science Program and Doctor of Philosophy Program. It was conducted through a questionnaire in English using Google form. Data were analyzed using SPSS, in which descriptive statistics including percentage, mean and standard deviation, and inferential statistics for hypothesis testing to test the difference and correlation of the data.
The results of data analysis revealed that the hypothesis testing regarding opinion on the external factors from the New Normal, it showed that levels of opinions on the external factors in terms of physical and environment, social and economy, and technology revealed different levels of opinions on student’s quality of life at p<0.05 significant level.
Considering the Spearman Correlation Coefficient method, the result indicated that the aspects of internal organizational factors in terms of teaching and learning, and building and environment, related to the student’s quality of life in term of physical and environment. Internal organizational factors in terms of social, and building and environment, related to the student’s quality of life in term of social. External factors in terms of social and economy, and technology, related to the student’s quality of life in term of physical and environment.
