The Study of Satisfaction Level of Users of Mahidol University International College Website

Abstract

         This research studied the satisfaction of users of Mahidol University International College web site, which used the exploratory research (survey research). The target group was 202 lecturers, students, staff and general users who visited the web site and was selected as a sample group to answer the satisfaction survey about the web site via the internet. The research tools were 5-scale survey measuring satisfaction in the following aspects: 1) design of the web site, 2) the navigation system, 3) fonts and text formatting the web site, 4) color usage and 5) data accessibility.

         The research results showed that the satisfaction of the target group was at the medium level ( =3.39). When analyzing each aspect separately, the satisfactory level of the Mahidol University International College’s web site users was also at the medium level. The target group was most satisfied with the fonts and text formatting of the web site. The average in this aspect was at the highest level ( =3.68), followed by color usage, design, navigation system and data accessibility ( =3.55, 3.51, 3.12 and 3.12 respectively).
