Developing a manual purchase order/hire by price agreement method through electronic government procurement system (e-GP) from the Budget of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University

Abstract

          This Research is aimed 1) to develop the manual for purchase order / hire by price agreement method through electronic government procurement system (e-GP) from the Budget of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University. 2) to study the efficiency of the manual for purchase order / hire by price agreement method through electronic government procurement system (e-GP) from the Budget of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University. The samples in this research were procurement officer of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University 15 persons. Collecting data by study Regulation of the Prime Minister the Procurement Act 1992, as amended, interviewing and questionnaire from the samples and use descriptive statistic include frequency, mean and standard deviation.

          The research found that

1. Received Developed the manual for purchase order / hire by price agreement method through electronic government procurement system (e-GP) from the Budget of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University composed of procedure and examples of recording for purchase order / hire.
2. When compared the efficiency of disbursement before and after the manual was developed, it was found that the problem was reduced from 22.26% to 10.63%. And user the manual for purchase order / hire by price agreement method are satisfied in overall levels of "highest" (= 4.53, SD = 0.52).
