Abstract

The neurosurgical operating room provides services for both brain and spinal cord surgeries.             It is a specialized in both complicated operation and body positioning. which is specific in terms of undergoing complex surgery and harbor a variety of formats. Nowadays, Neurosurgery is more advanced and specific in terms of undergoing complex surgery with variety of positioning. The stereotactic system is employed in precisely locating the target tumor or lesion, such as deep-seated brain tumor. Stereotactic system makes surgery more effective and can shorten the operative time

The surgery requires Stereotactic frame to find the target in the brain. Patients need to have installed a Stereotactic frame to find the coordinates of the pathological lesions, next to the patient's head with a PIN into the patient's scalp 4 spot by local  anesthesia at the operating room later he  have to move from  the operating room to  another x-ray computer building  which may lead to contamination from dust particles into a PIN installed Stereotactic frame, resulting in the risk of infection. Additionally, the observed while moving patients out of the building in surgery.  There are many people along the way see the patient cover stereotactic frame. It found that most patients feel the anxiety, fear, and shy. therefore the stereotactic frame make the patients loss of image from someone else's vision

According to this problem, the stereotactic hat is invented to cover the stereotactic frame. It is helpful in prevent contamination from dust in to area of the head has 4 points, while moving the patient to the x-ray computer.  It also makes the patients and relatives to reduce anxiety in the image that others see the patients use for covering the stereotactic frame.
