New Era of Healthcare through Business Ecosystem and Telehealth

Abstract

Due to the long problems of Congestive service in the hospital, lacking medical and nursing personnel, Insufficient medical equipment, and Remote area cause the government to try to bring technology to develop telehealth since 1995. Many projects are supported but ended with relatively low service rates. Problems and obstacles arise as follows: 1. Lack of suitability analysis of the project, 2. Lack of systematic planning, including lack of coordination among related agencies. Whereas Thailand is entering the ageing society, the congestive services in hospital is still a big problem. And then, the outbreak crisis of a new strain of the coronavirus leads to the COVID Shock causing enormous changes in consumer behaviors. Furthermore, many people see it as a turning point, lead us to the smarter future world hastily. The public health system in Thailand has undergone changes in both work styles and working networks with various sectors. With the cutting edge of technology, accessible price, variety of medical equipment and tools, technology user familiarity, the participation of various sectors, and internet of things, we are entering a new era of healthcare through business ecosystems and telehealth.
