Development of public relations model for using Emergency Medical Services systems in Ban Muang Noi area Tha Hat Yao subdistrict, Phonsai District, Roi Et Province.

Abstract

Purpose: This action research aims to develop an emergency medical services system and study the use of the public relations model of emergency medical services in Muang Noi area. Tha Hat Yao subdistrict, Phonsai District, Roi Et province.

Design: Action Research

Materials  and  Methods:  Using the predisposing factors of characteristics, Enabling factors (ease of access to emergency medical services) to know  the outcome of the public relations model,A sample group consists of  health officer.The lead core, A community health volunteer.andMuang Noi populations of the age of 15 years up. 112 people Select the accidentally sample group Data  were collected using a questionnaire,whose  reliability the CVI value 0.85

Main findings: The majority  of the volunteers are male ( 58.04% ). With an Average of 47 year old, They were a single(59.82%).and were  mostly  graduated (61.61%)sale profession, trading (31.25%), average revenues 14,750 baht, the rights UC (55.36%),with a diabetic treatment of diabetes(38.40%)

Conclusion and recommendations: This research finding  could  be used for all  level  of emergency medical operations units  should be provided  information  on  the  recognition  of Emergency medical Services  to the public, especially in  patients  with  underlying diseases. Coordinate  with  local  administrative  organizations  in  establishing  an  emergency  rescue  unit  in  each  and every subdistrict.
