Development of a model of promoting confidence in the performance of medical emergency volunteers in MoeiWadi District, Roi Et Province

Abstract

Purpose:  Develop a model to promote job confidence among medical emergency volunteers.

Design:  Action research

Materials and Methods: By using the confidence promotion model to work in the emergency medical system and following up and evaluating the use of this confidence promotion model in emergency medical services. In the Moei Wadi district Roi Et Province.  The data providers were 32 emergency medical volunteers (EMR), conducted between January 2019 and January 2020, collecting data both quantitative and qualitative. The statistics used for data analysis are Descriptive statistics, percentage, mean, standard deviation Qualitative data Using content analysis after the development through the 2 cycle process, the form of the confidence in the operation of emergency medical volunteers.

Main findings: The result of using the model found that Confident emergency medical volunteers .There is a clear reaction pattern. And have guidelines for working in the same direction Help is requested from the ER channel when the patient's symptoms change or get worse. Providing service recipients with fast, safe, standard services, reducing the risk of disability and death. Medical emergency volunteers were satisfied with the form of confidence promotion at the highest level.
