Development of Model Capacity building Care for acute cardiac arrest patient of EMR Phanomphrai District, Roi Et Province

Purpose: To study the care of patients and the model of capacity building in caring for patients with acute cardiac arrest of rescuers in Phanomphrai District, Roi Et Province.
Design: Action Research
Materials and Methods: The sample consisted of 39 rescued volunteers from Phanom Phrai Subdistrict, 1 team in each of 13 sub-districts, developed and collected data from March 2019 to September 2019 from questionnaires, interview forms. In-depth, practice skill assessment Use descriptive statistics and content analysis.
Main findings:The results showed that before the study, there was no model for enhancing the capacity to care for acute cardiac arrest patients in the sub-district rescuers. After the 2-cycle development, the capacity building model for the management of acute cardiac arrest patients in the Phanom Phrai district rescued volunteers in the NCPG format. 3 steps: patient assessment, coordination for help, patient care at the scene of incident and delivery.
In which all samples agreed that This approach is appropriate and has practical possibilities at a high level. Because it is convenient, easy to understand, and clear the highest to the highest satisfaction level increased from 73.98 percent to 88.24 percent. Assessment of operational skills in 3 steps found that patient evaluation increased from 98.46 percent to 98.96 percent, requests for help increased from 95.73 percent to 99.12 percent and basic resurrection increased from 85.26 percent to 98.09 percent and personal results. The indicators of acute arrhythmia patients with EMS and CPR were increased from 22.46 percent to 38.09 percent.
Conclusion and recommendations: From the development of clear guidelines for acute cardiac arrest patients, patients are able to quickly access to care and treatment according to standards. The sample consisted of practice skills for caring for patients with acute cardiac arrest. Standardized The paramedic rescuers were satisfied in the form of care for patients with acute cardiac arrest (NCPG) that they were suitable. 82.1% were used, NCPG was 84.7% beneficial to their work, and NCPG was beneficial to 92.3% of patients and relatives, 92.3% satisfied with NCPG and 89.8% of NCPG's perceived importance
