The Development of an Operational Model for Surveillance Prevention and Control of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 on the Qualityof Life Development Committee atBuengNakhonsub-district level Thawatchaburi District Roi-Et Province

Abstract

Purpose : To analysis of problem conditions Surveillance planning, implementation, evaluation, and dissemination of coronavirus - infected disease surveillance in 2019 the quality of life development committee at BuengNakhonsub-district level.

Study Design : Research and Development Design was conducted.

Materials and Methods : All 64 of participants were sample group in a sub-district quality of life development committee, The implementation model consisted of  analysis of problems with participation in surveillance, Planning the operation, Conducting an experiment, Evaluation reflect data improve operations,  Make the findings public. Data collect wereused a questionnaires that passed the content validity check from experts' testing, the reliability of the instrument was 0.93. The statistics used in the research were as follows descriptive statistics provide information such as the number, percent, mean, standard deviation, and percentage difference.

Main finding : Percentage difference revealed that the performance of roles and dutieshas a percentage increase by 38.63% . The participation had increased by 38.97%. The knowledge had increased by 22.00%. The attitude had increased by 34.36%. The operations had increased by 20.15%. The value of vaccination for prevention and control of coronavirus 2019 in the target population needle 1 increased by 4.93 %, needle 2 increased by 14.79 %, needle 3 increased by 66.35 %.

Conclusion and recommendations :The development of surveillance models should be promoted Prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019, Create a development model with problem condition analysis. Surveillance planning, implementation, evaluation, dissemination, and improvement of the model.Bringing development issues to people in other rural communities.
