กระบวนการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมการนำกลยุทธ์ด้านสุขภาพไปสู่การปฏิบัติ ของเครือข่ายสุขภาพอำเภอเกษตรวิสัย จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด

บทคัดย่อ

Purposes: To investigate and  assessment learning  process of  healthy  strategic  implementation model at  Kaset  Wisai  healthy  network,  Roi-Et .

Design:  Research  and  development  study

Material  and Methods:  60 of  subjects  were  strategic plan practitioners with inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Data were collected by using problem survey, document analysis and related research theoretical reasoning evaluation form,  and annual report, 2017.  Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

Main  findings:  1) Overall implementation of  strategy was at a low level. (Mean = 2.47, SD = 0.41). 2) Five steps of  a learning process to promote  implementation of health strategies were consisted :  (1) Finding the problem and learning the problem together as a team (2) Questioning and reflection (3) Choosing a solution (4) Corrective action and (5) Control, supervision, monitoring and evaluation  by the learning process theoretically reasonable and  possibility was at  highest level (µ = 4.60, = 0.29). 3) The results of the civil service operation showed that success of strategic management Overall, levels were very good and good (91%) (43 indicators). When considering each strategy, it was found that health promotion and disease prevention by age group (71%) services (90%) personnel (100%) and administration with good governance principles (100)%, respectively. Whereas were low performance indicators (9%) (4 indicators), including new hypertension patients, new diabetes patients reduced diabetic patients and controlled hypertension and suicide.

Conclusion and recommendations: The result of this research has led to  implementation of health strategies to achieve more goals, therefore,  relevant  agencies should implement this learning process in  department.
