การศึกษาความสามารถทางการเรียน คุณลักษณะนักศึกษาพยาบาลที่พึงประสงค์และภาพชีวิตอนาคต ของนักศึกษาทุนพยาบาลชุมชน และนักศึกษาที่ไม่สังกัดทุนพยาบาลชุมชน A Study of learning Ability, Desirable Characteristics, and Future Perspectives of Community Funded Nur

บทคัดย่อ

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย  (Descriptive  Research)   เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถทางการเรียน  คุณลักษณะนักศึกษาพยาบาลที่พึงประสงค์  และภาพชีวิตอนาคตของนักศึกษาทุนพยาบาลชุมชน  และนักศึกษาที่ไม่สังกัดทุนพยาบาลชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 2 ชั้นปีที่ 3  และชั้นปีที่ 4  คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์  วิทยาลัยบัณฑิตเอเซียจำนวน 59 คน  เป็นนักศึกษาทุนพยาบาลชุมชน ของโรงพยาบาลขอนแก่น  โรงพยาบาลอุบลรัตน์  และโรงพยาบาลน้ำพอง จำนวน 28 คน และนักศึกษาที่ไม่สังกัดทุนพยาบาลชุมชน จำนวน 31 คน  ระยะเวลาวิจัยระหว่างปีการศึกษา 2554 ถึงปีการศึกษา 2555   เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามลักษณะทั่วไป แบบทดสอบความสามารถทางการเรียน แบบประเมินคุณลักษณะนักศึกษาพยาบาลที่พึงประสงค์  แบบบันทึกส่วนตัว และการวาดภาพชีวิตอนาคต  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย  ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา  (Content analysis)

                ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ความสามารถทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาทุนพยาบาลชุมชน และนักศึกษาที่ไม่สังกัดทุนพยาบาลชุมชนในปีการศึกษา 2554  และปีการศึกษา  2555  อยู่ในระดับเดียวกัน คือระดับค่อนข้างดี  ( = 2.98, S.D.= 0.39และ = 2.92 และ S.D.= 0.37 ตามลำดับ) นักศึกษาทุนพยาบาลชุมชน มีค่าเฉลี่ยความสามารถทางการเรียนสูงกว่านักศึกษาที่ไม่สังกัดทุนพยาบาลชุมชนทั้งสองปีการศึกษา  (ปีการศึกษา 2554 = 2.92 , S.D.= 0.45 , และ = 2.85 ,S.D.= 0.32 และปีการศึกษา 2555 = 2.95, S.D.= 0.45  และ = 2.89 ,S.D.= 0.30  ตามลำดับ)   2) คุณลักษณะนักศึกษาพยาบาลที่พึงประสงค์ ในปีการศึกษา 2554 และในปีการศึกษา 2555  พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยรวมของคุณลักษณะนักศึกษาพยาบาลที่พึงประสงค์ทั้ง 15 ด้านของนักศึกษาที่สังกัดทุนพยาบาลชุมชน และนักศึกษาที่ไม่สังกัดทุนพยาบาลชุมชนอยู่ในระดับเดียวกันคือระดับดี ( = 3.95, S.D = 0.36 ;  = 4.00, S.D = 0.25  ตามลำดับ)  โดยด้านที่อยู่ในระดับดีมี มี 13 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ ด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ ด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสาร และการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ด้านทักษะปฏิบัติทางวิชาชีพ ด้านภาวะผู้นำ  ด้านบุคลิกภาพ  ด้านความใฝ่รู้ ด้านจิตสาธารณะ ด้านความเอื้ออาทร ด้านการใช้ภาษาสื่อสาร ทั้งการฟัง การพูด การอ่านและการเขียนภาษาไทย และด้านการเป็นผู้มีสุขภาวะ ส่วนด้านการทำนุบำรุงชาติ ศาสนา และเทิดทูนพระมหากษัตริย์ นักศึกษาทุนพยาบาลชุมชนมีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับดีมาก( = 4.56,SD.=0.38)  และนักศึกษาที่ไม่สังกัดทุนพยาบาลชุมชนมีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับดี ( = 4.33, S.D.= 0.31)  ส่วนด้านการใช้ภาษาสื่อสารทั้งการฟัง การพูด การอ่าน และการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ นักศึกษาทุนพยาบาลชุมชนและนักศึกษาที่ไม่สังกัดทุนพยาบาลชุมชนมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับเดียวกันคือ ระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.03, S.D. = 0.33 และ = 3.10, S.D. = 0.38 ตามลำดับ)  3) ภาพชีวิตอนาคตของนักศึกษาทุนพยาบาลชุมชนคือ  การเป็นลูกที่ดีของพ่อแม่เป็นพยาบาลชุมชนที่ดีของประชาชนกลับไปทำงานยังถิ่นฐานบ้านเกิดนำคำสอน ตัวอย่างดีๆและอัตลักษณ์ของสถาบันด้านจิตอาสาภาวะผู้นำ นอบถ่อมตน และอดทน ที่ได้รับจากสถาบันการศึกษาไปสร้างประโยชน์สุขให้แก่ครอบครัว และชุมชน ดำเนินชีวิตตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี ทำให้ชุมชนอยู่เย็นเป็นสุข เชิดชูสถาบัน ตามที่ได้รับความไว้วางใจจากสถาบัน และศึกษาหาความรู้เพื่อพัฒนาตนเองให้มีความรู้ความสามารถ 4) ภาพชีวิตอนาคตของนักศึกษาที่ไม่สังกัดทุนพยาบาลชุมชนคือ การเป็นลูกที่ดีของพ่อแม่ เป็นพยาบาลที่ดีของประชาชน ทำงานด้วยความตั้งใจ เพื่อส่วนร่วม และทำงานในหน่วยงานที่มีความมั่นคง สร้างรายได้ให้มีเงินออมฝากธนาคาร มีทรัพย์สิน มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ที่จะทำให้ชีวิตครอบครัวสบายขึ้น พาครอบครัวไปท่องเที่ยว ศึกษาค้นคว้าพัฒนาตนเอง เรียนต่อให้สูงขึ้นเพื่อการปรับเปลี่ยนชีวิตการทำงานในอนาคตกลับมาทำงานใกล้บ้านเมื่อมีฐานะมั่นคง และเลี้ยงดูครอบครัวให้มีความสุข

This research is the descriptive research which aims to study learning ability, desirable characteristics , and  future  perspectives of community funded  nursing students and those of non-community funded nursing students . Samples are 59 nursing students from year 2, 3 and 4 of faculty of nursing , College of Asian Scholars in the amount of 28 community funded nursing students from Khon Kaen hospital. Ubonratana hospital and Nampong hospital and 31 non-community funded  nursing students. The duration of research was during academic year 2011-2012. The research’s tools consisted of questionnaire, Test form, assessment form, personal record and future perspectives. The analysis of data used percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis.

The result of study  was found that  1) Learning ability of community funded nursing students  and non-community funded nursing students in academic year 2011 and 2012 is at the same level that is tended to be in good level  ( = 2.98, S.D. = 0.39  and = 2.92 , S.D. = 0.37  respectively) . The average learning ability of community funded nursing students of both academic year 2011 and 2012 has higher level than the non-community funded nursing students.  ( In academic year 2011 = 2.92 , S.D. = 0.45  and = 2.85 , S.D. = 0.32  and in the academic year 2012 = 2.95, S.D. = 0.45 and = 2.89, S.D.= 0.30  respectively).   2) Desirable characteristics of community funded nursing students and non-community funded nursing students  classified in 15 dimensions in academic year 2011 and 2012 are at the same level with good level  ( = 3.95, S.D.= 0.36 ; = 4.00 , S.D. = 0.25 respectively) , desirable characteristics of nursing students of both groups classified in 13 dimensions are at the same level with good level including virtue, morality, professional ethics, knowledge, cognitive skill, interpersonal relationship, responsibility, empirical analyzing skill, communication and information technology, skill of professional practicum, leadership, personality, eager to learn, public mind, generosity, language in communication skill, listening, speaking, reading and writing Thai language and healthy. community funded nursing students have the best level in taking care of nation , religion and the King ( = 4.56, S.D. = 0.38) and the non -community funded nursing students have good level  ( = 4.33, S.D.= 0.31) , and both groups are at the same level with middle level in language in communication skill, listening, speaking, reading and writing English language ( = 3.03, S.D.= 0.33  and = 3.10, S.D. = 0.38 respectively )   3) Future perspectives of community funded nursing students are to be good children of the parents, good community nursing of the people, going back to work in community. Taking good things that they learned from institute including, service mind, leadership, humility and patience, to generate benefit to their families and community following Sufficiency Economy Policy, and good role model resulting in good living and development by themselves. 4) Future perspectives of non-community funded nursing students are to be good children of the parents, good nurse for people, paying attention on working for public and working in firm institute to generate income, saving, assets for their families, and studying at higher level to be back to work in their hometown .
