ผลของโปรแกรมการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนผ่าตัดต่อความวิตกกังวลก่อนผ่าตัดและ การฟื้นตัวหลังผ่าตัดในสตรีตั้งครรภ์ที่เข้ารับการผ่าตัดคลอดบุตรแบบวางแผน

ความวิตกกังวลก่อนผ่าตัดและการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนผ่าตัดที่ไม่ครอบคลุมการปฏิบัติตัวหลังผ่าตัดคลอดบุตรส่งผลให้การฟื้นตัวหลังผ่าตัดล่าช้า การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้ประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีความสามารถของตนของแบนดูรามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนผ่าตัดต่อความวิตกกังวลก่อนผ่าตัดและการฟื้นตัวหลังผ่าตัด กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นสตรีตั้งครรภ์ที่เข้ารับการผ่าตัดคลอดบุตรแบบวางแผนที่เข้ารับการนอนโรงพยาบาล 1 คืนก่อนผ่าตัด คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดจำนวน 46 ราย เป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 23 ราย กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนผ่าตัดร่วมกับการดูแลตามมาตรฐาน ในขณะที่กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการดูแลตามมาตรฐานเพียงอย่างเดียว รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบประเมินความวิตกกังวล Amsterdam Preoperative Anxiety and Information Scale (APAIS) ฉบับภาษาไทย และแบบประเมินการฟื้นตัวหลังผ่าตัดเมื่อครบ 24 ชั่วโมง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ Chi-square, Paired t-test, Independent t-test และ Mann Whitney U test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมฯ กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนความวิตกกังวลก่อนผ่าตัดลดลงและน้อยกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เมื่อครบ 24 ชั่วโมงหลังผ่าตัดพบว่ากลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนความปวดแผลผ่าตัดต่ำกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมคะแนนการฟื้นตัวของลำไส้และคะแนนการเคลื่อนไหวของร่างกายสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ สรุปได้ว่าโปรแกรมฯ มีประสิทธิภาพในการลดความวิตกกังวลก่อนผ่าตัดและส่งเสริมการฟื้นตัวหลังผ่าตัดได้ ควรนำไปบูรณาการแนวทางการพยาบาล เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการดูแลและส่งเสริมการฟื้นตัวหลังผ่าตัดคลอดบุตร
