ปัจจัยทำนายการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของพยาบาลแผนกอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเชิงทำนายนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของพยาบาลแผนกอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน ได้แก่ ความวิตกกังวลต่อการติดเชื้อ ความรู้ในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อ และทัศนคติต่อการป้องกันการติดเชื้อ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลแผนกอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี จำนวน 73 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 5 ชุด ผ่านการตรวจคุณภาพด้านความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาได้ค่า CVI เท่ากับ 1 เครื่องมือประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) แบบประเมินความวิตกกังวลต่อการติดเชื้อ 3) แบบทดสอบความรู้ในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นที่ 0.26 4) แบบวัดทัศนคติต่อการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันการติดเชื้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นที่ 0.85 และ 5) แบบสอบถามการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันการติดเชื้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นที่ 0.86 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบนำเข้า

ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความวิตกกังวลต่อการติดเชื้อในระดับค่อนข้างสูง ความรู้ในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อในระดับปานกลาง ทัศนคติต่อการป้องกันการติดเชื้อในระดับน้อย และการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันการติดเชื้อในระดับมาก ผลวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทำนายการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันการติดเชื้อฯ พบว่า ความวิตกกังวลต่อการติดเชื้อ ความรู้ในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อ และทัศนคติต่อการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันการติดเชื้อสามารถร่วมกันทำนายการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันการติดเชื้อฯ ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ร้อยละ 11 โดยความวิตกกังวลต่อการติดเชื้อเป็นปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันการติดเชื้อฯของกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการศึกษานี้สามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานสำหรับผู้บริหารในการพัฒนาระบบควบคุมการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 และโรคติดเชื้ออื่น ๆ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต
