ภาวะผู้นำในอนาคตของผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลในยุคเปลี่ยนผ่านจากยุค VUCA สู่ยุค BANI

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางภาวะผู้นำอนาคตของผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลในยุคโลกที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วจากบริบท VUCA สู่ BANI โดยมุ่งวิเคราะห์ปัญหาของระบบสุขภาพและระบบบริการพยาบาลที่มีความซับซ้อนมากขึ้นอันเนื่องมาจากโครงสร้างประชากร เทคโนโลยี และโรคอุบัติใหม่
บทความนี้เสนอแนวทางการปรับใช้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ ทักษะการคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์และวิสัยทัศน์ การใช้เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมความยืดหยุ่นและการปรับตัวในสภาวะวิกฤต และการจัดการทางการพยาบาลผ่านรูปแบบการจัดการพยาบาลแบบยืดหยุ่นบนฐานข้อมูล (Agile data-driven nursing management) ซึ่งเน้นการใช้ข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ และการตัดสินใจบนพื้นฐานของหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ เพื่อเสริมสร้างการวางแผนกำลังคน การติดตามภาระงาน และการส่งเสริมผลลัพธ์ด้านสุขภาพอย่างยั่งยืน ผลลัพธ์ที่คาดหวังจากการประยุกต์แนวคิดนี้ ได้แก่ การลดภาวะหมดไฟในพยาบาล การเพิ่มความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการ และการยกระดับคุณภาพบริการสุขภาพโดยรวม
