การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำความเข้าใจประสบการณ์ของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลสุขภาพหลังคลอดของสตรีชาวไทยวน บ้านโนนกุ่ม อำเภอสีคิ้ว จังหวัดนครราชสีมา เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบปรากฏการณ์วิทยาการตีความตามแนวคิดของ Heidegger ผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 7 ราย ได้รับการคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างพัฒนาจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมและกรอบแนวคิด ตรวจสอบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน และทดลองใช้ในกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใกล้เคียงเพื่อปรับความชัดเจนของคำถาม เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกใช้เวลาประมาณ 45-60 นาที ระหว่างเดือนพฤษภาคม ถึงเดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2567 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์ปรากฏการณ์วิทยาการตีความตามขั้นตอนของ Smith และคณะ
ผลการวิจัยพบประเด็นหลัก 5 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1) ระบบการดูแลสุขภาพแบบดั้งเดิมและการปรับเปลี่ยน 2) ระบบความเชื่อทางวัฒนธรรมที่มีผลต่อการดูแลสุขภาพ 3) การผสมผสานภูมิปัญญากับการแพทย์แผนปัจจุบัน 4) บทบาทของครอบครัวในการดูแลหลังคลอด และ 5) ความกังวลเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพในระยะยาว ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาแนวทางการดูแลสตรีหลังคลอดที่ผสมผสานระหว่างภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นกับการแพทย์แผนปัจจุบัน โดยเฉพาะสำหรับพยาบาลผดุงครรภ์ในการวางแผนการพยาบาลที่เน้นผู้รับบริการเป็นศูนย์กลางและสอดคล้องกับบริบททางวัฒนธรรม
