ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่เป็นเบาหวานในขณะตั้งครรภ์

การวิจัยเชิงทำนายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่เป็นเบาหวาน ขณะตั้งครรภ์มารับบริการแผนกฝากครรภ์ โรงพยาบาลในเขตบริการสุขภาพที่ 5 จำนวน 240 ราย คัดเลือกโดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2563 - มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2564 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวและการสนับสนุนจากบุคลากรสาธารณสุข แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่เป็นเบาหวานในขณะตั้งครรภ์ และแบบวัดความรู้เรื่องโรคเบาหวานในขณะตั้งครรภ์ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .87, .82 .84 และ.78 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยของพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง เป็นปัจจัยทำนายที่ดีที่สุดและมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (β =.609, t = 11.472, p < .001) และรองลงมาคือการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว (β =.536, t = 6.647, p < .001) ซึ่งปัจจัยทั้งสองทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่เป็นเบาหวานขณะตั้งครรภ์ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ร้อยละ 68.4 (F(239) = 170.042, R2 = .684, p < .001 ) ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางการพัฒนากิจกรรมส่งเสริมการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง และ การสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่เป็นเบาหวานขณะตั้งครรภ์ เพื่อให้มีพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองเมื่อเป็นเบาหวานขณะตั้งครรภ์ได้เหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพ
