สถานการณ์และปัญหาการรับวัคซีนโควิด 19 ในเด็กอายุ 5-11 ปี ในชุมชน: การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ

การได้รับวัคซีนป้องกันโรคโควิด 19 ในเด็กเป็นมาตรการในการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคที่สำคัญ อย่างไรก็ตามพบว่าเด็กยังได้รับวัคซีนโควิด 19 ไม่ถึงเป้าหมายที่กำหนด การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบรรยายสถานการณ์และปัญหาการรับวัคซีนโควิด 19 ในเด็กอายุ 5-11 ปีในชุมชน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักประกอบด้วยพยาบาลวิชาชีพ เจ้าหน้าที่องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ผู้นำชุมชน ครู อาสาสมัครในชุมชน และผู้ปกครองเด็ก จำนวนรวม 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือผู้วิจัย แบบสัมภาษณ์ชนิดกึ่งโครงสร้าง แนวทางการสนทนากลุ่ม แบบบันทึกสังเกตอย่างมีส่วนร่วม และแบบบันทึกภาคสนาม เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก สนทนากลุ่ม บันทึกภาคสนาม สังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม และศึกษาเอกสาร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและจำแนกประเภทข้อมูล
ผลการวิจัย พบสถานการณ์และปัญหาการรับวัคซีนโควิด 19 ในเด็กอายุ 5-11 ปี 7 ประเด็นหลัก ดังนี้ 1) สถานการณ์ของผู้ปกครองเกี่ยวกับการรับวัคซีน 2) การสื่อสารเกี่ยวกับวัคซีน 3) การจัดสรรวัคซีนและความเพียงพอของวัคซีน 4) รูปแบบการนัดหมายรับวัคซีนและผลกระทบ 5) ข้อจำกัดด้านการพาเด็กไปรับวัคซีนของผู้ปกครอง 6) ปัญหาการสื่อสารเชิงระบบในการให้บริการวัคซีน และ 7) การสร้างการเรียนรู้ผลกระทบของโรคโควิด 19
ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยบริการสุขภาพปฐมภูมิสามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่ายในชุมชน ได้แก่ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น สถานศึกษา องค์กรท้องที่ อาสาสมัครในชุมชน เป็นต้น เพื่อสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับวัคซีนโควิด 19 ในเด็กอายุ 5-11 ปีแก่ผู้ปกครอง การจัดทำฐานข้อมูลเด็กที่ได้รับวัคซีนโควิด 19 ในชุมชน รวมทั้งการพัฒนาระบบช่วยเหลือให้เด็กสามารถไปรับวัคซีนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
