บรรยากาศจริยธรรมตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบรรยากาศจริยธรรมตามการรับรู้ และวิธีการเสริมสร้างบรรยากาศจริยธรรมของพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลระดับปฏิบัติการจำนวน 319 คน แบบสอบถามที่ใช้ ปรับปรุงจากแบบสอบถามบรรยากาศจริยธรรมของสุกัญญา ชมศรีสวัสดิ์ ที่แปลเป็นภาษาไทยโดยวิธีการแปลย้อนกลับจากแบบสำรวจบรรยากาศจริยธรรมของออลสันวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และร้อยละ

ผลวิจัยพบว่า การรับรู้บรรยากาศจริยธรรมของพยาบาล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านเพื่อนร่วมงาน ด้านผู้บริหาร ด้านผู้ป่วย ด้านโรงพยาบาล และด้านแพทย์ อยู่ในระดับสูงทุกด้าน วิธีการเสริมสร้างบรรยากาศจริยธรรม ได้แก่ เพื่อนร่วมงานควรให้การดูแลโดยยึดผู้ป่วยเป็นศูนย์กลาง มีปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อกัน เคารพในความคิดเห็น และให้เกียรติซึ่งกันและกัน สื่อสารกันอย่างชัดเจน สุภาพ พยาบาลควรมั่นใจในการให้ข้อมูลและการพยาบาล ให้เวลาและเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ป่วยบอกถึงความต้องการหรือซักถามข้อสงสัย ผู้บริหารควรยึดหลักธรรมาภิบาลในการทำงาน ชื่นชมหรือให้รางวัลเมื่อทำความดี แนะแนวทางปฏิบัติด้านจริยธรรมที่สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของโรงพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลควรกำหนดนโยบายด้านจริยธรรมเป็นมาตรฐานอย่างชัดเจน ส่งเสริมสัมพันธภาพที่ดีระหว่างพยาบาลกับแพทย์ แพทย์ควรให้ข้อมูลแผนการรักษาแก่ทีมพยาบาล เพื่อความร่วมมือในการดูแลผู้ป่วย

ผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานสำหรับวางแผนและการทำงานในองค์กรพยาบาลโดยให้ความสำคัญในการพัฒนาบรรยากาศจริยธรรมในการปฏิบัติงานของพยาบาล เพื่อให้พยาบาลมีความสุขในการทำงาน
