ภาวะบีบคั้นทางจิตวิญญาณของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในช่วงการระบาดของ โรคติดเชื้อไวรัส COVID – 19 ในประเทศไทย: การสำรวจออนไลน์เบื้องต้น

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจและเปรียบเทียบภาวะบีบคั้นทางจิตวิญญาณของ พยาบาลวิชาชีพตามลักษณะการปฏิบัติงานในห้อง negative pressure และระดับของพื้นที่ในช่วงการระบาดของโรคติด เชื้อไวรัส COVID-19 ในประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพจำนวน 658 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบตามสะดวก
เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนสิงหาคม – กันยายน พ.ศ.2564 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปและแบบสอบถามภาวะบีบคั้นทางจิตวิญญาณของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ มีความเชื่อมั่นโดยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติเปรียบเทียบ Mann-Whitney U และสถิติเปรียบเทียบ Kruskal-Wallis H ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะบีบคั้นทางจิตวิญญาณของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในช่วงการระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัส COVID - 19 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M=2.66, SD=0.47) 2) ภาวะบีบคั้นทางจิตวิญญาณของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในช่วงการระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัส COVID-19 ที่ปฏิบัติงานในห้อง negative pressure และระดับของพื้นที่ที่แตกต่างกันมีภาวะบีบคั้นทางจิตวิญญาณที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยสามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้การวางแผนเพื่อดูแลและเยียวยาความต้องการพื้นฐานทั้งทางด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ และจิตวิญญาณของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อไป
