บทคัดย่อ

โรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจส่งผลกระทบต่อผู้ป่วยในระยะยาว โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งด้านสมรรถนะการทำหน้าที่ของร่างกาย การฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพหัวใจเป็นกระบวนการทางเวชศาสตร์ฟื้นฟูที่มีเป้าหมายส่งเสริมสภาวะทางด้านร่างกายและจิตสังคมให้ผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจสามารถกลับไปทำหน้าที่ได้มากที่สุด แม้ว่าโปรแกรมการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพหัวใจจะมีเป้าหมายคล้ายคลึงกันแต่มีรายละเอียดแตกต่างกันจึงทำให้รูปแบบการฟื้นฟูที่ใช้อยู่ในปัจจุบันมีความหลากหลายและมีผลลัพธ์แตกต่างกันไป บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพหัวใจด้วยตนเองและผลลัพธ์ของการฟื้นฟูฯ ในผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจ เพื่อนำไปสู่ข้อเสนอแนะในการปฏิบัติสำหรับบุคคลากรทางสุขภาพในการส่งเสริมผู้ป่วยให้ฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพหัวใจด้วยตนเองที่บ้านอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
