บทคัดย่อ
การจัดการความรู้เรื่องความสำเร็จโครงการ สร้างระบบเครือข่ายการขนส่งน้ำนมจากอกแม่สู่ลูก เขตสุขภาพที่ 7 เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักถึงคุณค่าของนมแม่และพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนในการขนส่งนมแม่ ผลการดำเนินการ มีมารดาหลังคลอดเข้าร่วมทั้งหมด 11 คน ช่วยส่งเสริมให้เกิดความต่อเนื่องในการให้นมบุตร ต้นทางส่งนมแม่ จากกรุงเทพร้อยละ 54.54, ภูเก็ต และ ชลบุรี/ระยอง ร้อยละ 18.18, และเชียงใหม่ ร้อยละ 9.09, ปลายทาง ได้แก่ ขอนแก่น ร้อยละ 54.54, มหาสารคาม ร้อยละ 27.27, สกลนคร และร้อยเอ็ด ร้อยละ 9.09 สายการบิน ร้อยละ 72.72, รถบัส ร้อยละ 18.18, จำนวนครั้งของการส่งอยู่ประมาณ 1- 3 ครั้ง/เดือน จำนวนถุงที่ส่งอยู่ประมาณ 4-20 ถุง/ครั้ง, ความพึงพอใจในโครงการระดับมากที่สุดร้อยละ 72.72 ทั้งนี้ในกระบวนการขนส่งได้มีการควบคุมอุณหภูมิการจัดเก็บนมให้มีคุณภาพ และกำหนดเวลาการรับส่งนมถึงปลายทางได้ตามกำหนด ทั้งนี้ความสำเร็จของกระบวนการส่งเสริมการให้นมแม่ประกอบด้วย ระบบการขนส่งนมแม่ และการสร้างทัศนคติเชิงบวกของมารดาต่อการสร้างความอบอุ่นผูกพันระหว่างแม่และทารก
