ปัญหาสุขภาพ ทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการใช้ยาและพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาของผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังบ้านหนองตะไก้ ตำบลหนองไผ่ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุดรธานี

การวิจัยนี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาสุขภาพ ทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาของผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังบ้านหนองตะไก้ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุดรธานี ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้ที่มีอายุ60ปีขึ้นไปที่เป็นโรคเรื้อรังจำนวน 87 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือหาความเชื่อมั่นค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากั0.89วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการวิจัย 1)ภาวะสุขภาพ เป็นโรคเบาหวานมากที่สุดร้อยละ40.2 รองลงมาเป็นโรคความดันโลหิตสูงและกระดูกกล้ามเนื้อ ร้อยละ85.1ใช้ยาแผนปัจจุบันเฉลี่ย3เม็ดต่อวันสูงสุด11เม็ด 2)ทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการใช้ยา มีทัศนคติไม่ถูกต้องระดับมากตามลำดับดังนี้ยาแผนปัจจุบันดีกว่ายาสมุนไพร(X̅4.02,S.D.1.28) ยาฉีดทำให้หายจากการเจ็บป่วยดีกว่ายากิน(X̅3.70,S.D.1.55)ยาราคาแพงดีกว่ายาราคาถูก(X̅3.65,S.D.1.5) และเมื่อเจ็บป่วยเล็กน้อยสามารถซื้อยามาใช้ได้เอง(X̅3.59,S.D1.68) ภาพรวมทัศนคติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง(X̅2.71,S.D1.44 )และ3)พฤติกรรมการใช้ยา มีการปฏิบัติที่ไม่ถูกต้องเรียงตามลำดับ ได้แก่หยุดยาเองเมื่ออาการดีขึ้น(X̅ 3.32,S.D1.80) ซื้อยามาใช้เอง(X̅ 2.59,S.D1.52) ใช้ยาหมดอายุ (X̅1.79,S.D1.54) เก็บสะสมยา(X̅ 1.66,S.D 1.20 ) รวบมื้อยาเข้าด้วยกัน(X̅1.59,S.D1.20) ใช้ยาของผู้อื่น (X̅1.56,S.D1.15)และซื้อยาตามสื่อโฆษณาแนะนำ(X̅1.55,S.D1.17) ภาพรวมผู้สูงอายุมีพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาระดับระดับปานกลาง(X̅ 3.28,S.D.72 )จากผลการวิจัยจึงควรจัดกิจกรรมให้ความรู้แก่ผู้สูงอายุเรื่องการใช้ยา ปรับเปลี่ยนทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาที่ถูกต้อง
