สมรรถนะของพยาบาลเฉพาะทางด้านยาเสพติดในทศวรรษหน้า (ค.ศ.2010-2019)

บทคัดย่อ

The purpose of this research was to describe roles of addictions nurses competency in the next decade (A.D.2010-2019).This research used the Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research (EDFR) technique. The subjects who were selected by specified criteria, comprised of 25 experts who were knowledgeable and experienced in the research topic and willing to participate the research. They were experts in nursing administration, nursing educator, practitioner nurse of addict nursing, professional nursing organizations and policy and psychiatric doctor .The data collection time divided to 3 periods The first period performed by opened- interview, the second and the third period were the rating scales questionnaire. The data was analyzed by median and interquartile range. The results revealed that the desirable roles of addict nurses competency in the next decade (A.D.2010-2019), as rated by relevant experts, comprised of 50 items. The items were classified into 7 aspects, as followed:  1) Intregated knowledge in drug addict treatment composed of 13 items 2) Motivation and empathy composed of 6 items 3) Nursing knowledge and nursing service quality development composed of 5 items 4) Management and collaboration composed of 6 items 5) Creative change leadership composed of 7 items 6) Knowledge management and information technology composed of 8 items 7) Addict law and patient’s right composed of 5 items

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพด้านยาเสพติดในทศวรรษหน้า  (คศ.2010-2019) โดยใช้เทคนิค Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research (EDFR)  กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 25 คน คัดเลือกตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนดไว้และยินดีร่วมมือในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารโรงพยาบาล ด้านการบริหารการพยาบาล ด้านการศึกษาพยาบาล ด้านการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล ด้านองค์กรวิชาชีพการพยาบาลระดับนโยบาย ด้านยาเสพติดสาขาจิตแพทย์  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ปลายเปิดในรอบที่ 1 ส่วนรอบที่ 2 และรอบที่ 3 เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างคลอไทล์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ด้านยาเสพติดในทศวรรษหน้า (คศ.2010-2019) ที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความเห็นสอดคล้องกัน ประกอบด้วย สมรรถนะ 7 ด้าน 50 สมรรถนะย่อยดังนี้
1) ด้านการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ในการบำบัดฟื้นฟูผู้ติดยาเสพติด 13 ข้อ 2) ด้านการสร้างแรงจูงใจและการเข้าใจผู้อื่น 6 ข้อ 3) ด้านการพัฒนาความรู้และคุณภาพการบริการ 5 ข้อ 4) ด้านการเป็นผู้จัดการประสานความร่วมมือทีมสหสาขา         6 ข้อ 5) ด้านการเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงสร้างสรรค์ 7 ข้อ 6) ด้านการจัดการความรู้และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 8 ข้อ 7) ด้านกฎหมายยาเสพติดและการพิทักษ์สิทธิผู้ป่วย    5 ข้อ
