คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแล และผู้ด้อยโอกาสที่พิการ ตำบลวังแสง อำเภอแกดำ จังหวัดมหาสารคาม

บทคัดย่อ

This  research  was  descriptive  approach  the objective  for study the quality of  life’s  Caregiver and persons with disabilities      at  Tambon Wangsang  Mahasarakham  Province.  A  tool use in the research be the quality of  life  questionnaire. it  is  reliability  get 0.87 confidence levels. The  sample  were 59 from Caregiver and persons with disabilities of  advantage  . The data analytical statistics were frequency, percentage, means and standard  deviation.

1) Quality  of   life's   caregiver   overall   were  the   moderate  level (= 3.49, S.D = 0.79)     The dimensions are  high level of  quality  of  life   compose  family  , social ,mental  health  ,   and  physical(= 3.91-3.66, SD = 0.73-0.78 ) The dimensions are  moderate level of  quality  of  life   compose  environment , economy and mental  health. (= 3.38-2.94, SD = 0.74-0.89 ) Quality of  life's  caregiver  lays 5 least of level  the rank. It show problem about of  the  want   to  escape   from  reality  , feelings  of frustration ,  decrease of  income ,stressing  anxiety in  caretaker  the   disabilities  and   The  smell  of  dust and  noise  on  a  regular  basis  frequently.(= 1.81-2.54, SD = 0.91-0.95)

2) Quality of  life  for people with disabilities   overall  were the  moderate level (= 3.49, S.D = 0.79)  The dimensions are high  level of  quality  of  life   compose  social  and  physical.(= 3.91-3.66, SD = 0.77-0.78) The  dimensions  of moderate level of  quality  of  life   compose  mental  health. (= 2.94, SD = 0.84)  Quality of  life's  persons with disabilities   have level lays 5 least the rank. It show problem about of   complication   with  disease ,not  receive   alternative  treatment , illness  to  be  treatment  from  professional ,irritability  and  anger and  non  caregiver  to  help  at all times  (= 2.27-3.15, SD = 1.13-1.41)

CONCLUSION :   Based on these results, Organization   that  has  direct  responsibility and Srimahasarakham  Nursing  College  use  this  research  for planning  to help  and  home-visit   for  increase  quality  of  life’s  caregiver and persons with disabilities   together,too.

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาเพื่อศึกษา1)คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแล2)คุณภาพชีวิตผู้ด้อยโอกาสที่พิการ ตำบลวังแสง  อำเภอแกดำ  จังหวัดมหาสารคาม  โดยใช้กลุ่มประชากรทั้งหมดของผู้ดูแลและผู้ด้อยโอกาสที่พิการ จำนวน 59 คนเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ศึกษาระหว่างวันที่ 1-31 กรกฎาคม  2553    โดยคณะผู้วิจัยทำการสัมภาษณ์เองและมีการพิทักษ์สิทธิ์กลุ่มตัวอย่างตามขั้นตอนจริยธรรมการวิจัย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแล 6 องค์ประกอบและคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ด้อยโอกาสที่พิการ 3 องค์ประกอบโดยคณะผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นเอง ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่านมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.87  สถิติที่ใช้โดยการแจกแจงความถี่  ร้อยละ  ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

1)คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง(=3.49,S.D = 0.79) โดยพบว่า ด้านครอบครัว    สังคม และร่างกาย    มีค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับมาก (= 3.91-3.66, SD = 0.73-0.78 )   ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม   เศรษฐกิจ และจิตใจ     มีค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับปานกลาง(= 3.38-2.94, SD = 0.74-0.89 )  รายข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อย  ได้แก่  รู้สึกอยากหนีไปจากสภาพความเป็นจริง   รู้สึกว่าตนตกอยู่ภายใต้สิ่งบีบคั้น การดูแลผู้พิการ ทำให้มีรายได้ลดลง มีความเครียดหรือวิตกกังวลในการดูแลผู้พิการ การได้รับฝุ่น กลิ่นเหม็น เสียงดัง เป็นประจำ(= 1.81-2.54, SD = 0.91-0.95)

2)คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ด้อยโอกาสที่พิการ  โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง  (=3.49,S.D = 0.79)  โดยพบว่า ด้านสังคม และร่างกาย      มีค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับมาก (= 3.91-3.66, SD = 0.77-0.78)  ด้านจิตใจ   มีค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับปานกลาง(= 2.94, SD = 0.84)  รายข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อย ได้แก่ มีโรคแทรกซ้อน  ไม่ได้รับการรักษาแพทย์ทางเลือก  เจ็บป่วยต้องเข้ารับการรักษา  หงุดหงิด โมโหง่าย  และไม่มีผู้คอยช่วยเหลือตลอดเวลา (= 2.27-3.15, SD = 1.13-1.41)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวังแสงและวิทยาลัยพยาบาลศรีมหาสารคาม สามารถนำข้อมูลที่ได้ไปใช้ในการวางแผนบริการวิชาการอบรมหลักสูตรการพัฒนาศักยภาพการดูแลผู้ด้อยโอกาสที่พิการของตำบลวังแสง วางแผนการติดตามเยี่ยมบ้านให้ตรงตามปัญหาและความต้องการ เพื่อพัฒนาและส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลและผู้ด้อยโอกาสที่พิการของตำบลวังแสง ให้ดีขึ้น
