การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กอายุ 1-2 ปี โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม (Participatory action research) ในคลินิกสุขภาพเด็กดี โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพประจำตำบลแห่งหนึ่ง เลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง รวมทั้งสิ้น 32 คน ประกอบด้วยพยาบาลวิชาชีพประจำโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพประจำตำบล จำนวน 2 คน อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขชุมชน จำนวน 8 คน และตัวแทนของครอบครัวเด็กอายุ 1-2 ปี จำนวน 22 คน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ดำเนินการวิจัยตั้งแต่เดือนมีนาคมถึงกันยายน พ.ศ. 2560 เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกข้อมูลทั่วไป สมุดบันทึกข้อมูลสุขภาพประจำตัวเด็ก เทปบันทึกเสียง แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก แนวคำถาม (guideline) สำหรับสนทนากลุ่มเรื่องการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กและเครื่องมือประเมินพัฒนาการเด็กเดนเวอร์ทู(DENVER II) เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยแบบมีส่วนร่วม 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 เตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์การส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กอายุ1-2 ปี ระยะที่ 2 ระยะพัฒนารูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กอายุ 1-2 ปี ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เมื่อเปรียบเทียบก่อนเริ่มและสิ้นสุดโครงการ พบว่า การนำข้อเสนอจากการสนทนากลุ่ม นำ 3 กลยุทธ์ไปใช้เพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็ก คือ 1)การเสริมสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมครอบครัว 2)สร้างเครือข่ายครอบครัวเพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็ก และ 3)การให้ความรู้ในการเฝ้าระวังและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็ก
ผลลัพธ์ของการนำกลยุทธ์ทั้ง 3 ไปใช้ทำให้เด็กได้รับการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการจนเด็กมีพัฒนาการปกติ ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องมีความเข้าใจในการเฝ้าระวังและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็ก
ผู้วิจัยเสนอแนะให้มีการปรับเปลี่ยนแนวคิดในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กจากแนวคิดเชิงรับเป็นเชิงรุก โดยกำหนดให้มีเจ้าภาพหรือแกนนำ ระดับปฏิบัติการเป็นโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพประจำตำบล ดำเนินการเชิงรุกในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็ก เจ้าภาพหรือแกนนำ ดังกล่าวต้องสามารถเกาะติดการดำ เนินการ กำกับ ติดตาม การส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็ก ได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
The purpose of this research was to the community participation in 1–2 years old child development promotion by participation action research. In Community health Promotion Hospital . This participatory action research was total of 32 conducted ; with 2 nurse registers, 8 health care volunteers, and 22 family for child development in wellness child clinic, Community Health Promotion Hospital. This reseach were purposively selected as research participants from March to September 2017. The processes of this study consisted of two phases described as follows: 1) Preparation for Participation Phase. 2) Research Phase ; development Model :The community participation in 1–2 years old child development promotion
The research tools comprised of the demographic record forms, the child health diaries, and tape recorder, an in-depth interview questions were child development promotion, DENVER II. Data were analyzed by content analysis method.
The results indicated that 3 strategie of child developments included:1) enhancing participation in family activities.; 2) strengthening family child development network. and 3) providing knowledge to surveillance and promoting child development education.
After strategies implementation, resulting in child developmental improvement. The stakeholders understand child development monitoring and promote.
The researchers suggests to modify the concepts of child development promotion from passive to active by assigning
hosts or leaders at the action level such as a district health promotion hospital. In order to implement active child development promotion, the hosts or the leaders must be able to adhere to monitoring and actively promoting better
health with the solid solutions.
