บทคัดย่อ
รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็น Research and Development มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเพื่อ (1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลชุมชน (2) พัฒนาหลักสูตรภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรม และ (3) ทดลองใช้และประเมินผลหลักสูตร มี 3 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรม ประชากรคือ ผู้บริหารการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลชุมชน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 550 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ส่งผู้เชี่ยวชาญตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาและหาค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ 2) พัฒนาหลักสูตรให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญตรวจสอบ จัดสนทนากลุ่มผู้บริหารการพยาบาล ยืนยันหลักสูตร และ 3) ทดลองใช้หลักสูตรกับผู้บริหารการพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดนนทบุรี จำนวน 32 คน ประเมินผลตามกรอบ CIPP Model ทดสอบความรู้ก่อนและหลังอบรม รวมทั้งติดตามผลหลังอบรม 8 สัปดาห์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสังเกต แบบทดสอบความรู้ สถิติใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ และ paired sample t test
ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า 1. องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลชุมชน ได้แก่ (1) การเอื้ออำนวยสร้างบรรยากาศการพัฒนานวัตกรรม (2) การคิดสร้างสรรค์และมีวิสัยทัศน์นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง (3) การสื่อสารอย่างสร้างสรรค์ (4) การคิดเชิงระบบและตัดสินใจอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และ (5) การมีกรอบความคิดแบบเติบโต
2. การพัฒนาหลักสูตร ใช้แนวคิดการคิดเชิงออกแบบและการเน้นผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ ตรวจสอบโครงสร้างหลักสูตรโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่ามีความสอดคล้องและมีความเหมาะสมระดับมากที่สุด ผลการสนทนากลุ่มมีความเหมาะสมในการนำไปใช้
3. การทดลองใช้หลักสูตร (1) ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้หลังทดลองใช้หลักสูตรสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (2) ประสิทธิผลของหลักสูตร มีความเหมาะสมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.66)
