บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการเฝ้าระวังเเละการป้องกันโรคมือ เท้า ปาก 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการเฝ้าระวังเเละการป้องกันโรคมือ เท้า ปากของผู้ปกครองในเขตอำเภออากาศอำนวย จังหวัดสกลนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 288 คน สุ่มด้วยวิธีแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคมถึงกันยายน พ.ศ. 2566 วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมการเฝ้าระวังและการป้องกันโรคมือ เท้า ปากโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์ด้วยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นแบบพหุคูณ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คะแนนพฤติกรรมการเฝ้าระวังเเละการป้องกันโรคมือ เท้า ปาก อยู่ในระดับสูง (=4.59, SD= 0.46) ร้อยละ 96.53 ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการเฝ้าระวังเเละการป้องกันโรคมือ เท้า ปากของผู้ปกครองในเขตอำเภออากาศอำนวย จังหวัดสกลนคร ได้แก่ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา และความสัมพันธ์ของผู้ปกครองเด็กมีความสัมพันธ์กับคะแนนพฤติกรรมการเฝ้าระวังและการป้องกันโรคมือ เท้า ปากอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) จากผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ นักวิชาการสาธารณสุขและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทางด้านสาธารณสุขสามารถนำข้อมูลจากการวิจัยไปใช้ในการวางแผน กำหนดแนวทางการดำเนินงานด้านการป้องกันโรคให้กับผู้ปกครองซึ่งเป็นแนวทางหนึ่งในการช่วยลดการระบาดและควบคุมโรคมือเท้าปากให้มีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป
