บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาเพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะพยาบาลด้านการควบคุมและการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อ สถาบันบำราศนราดูร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถาบันบำราศนราดูร จำนวน 125 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสมรรถนะพยาบาลด้านการควบคุมและการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อ ประกอบด้วยข้อมูล 2 ส่วนคือ 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบประเมินสมรรถนะของพยาบาลด้านการควบคุม และการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อ แบ่งเป็น สมรรถนะด้านการควบคุมการติดเชื้อ 17 ข้อย่อย และสมรรถนะด้านการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อ 11 ข้อย่อย ได้ค่าตรงตามเนื้อหา 0.98 ค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยคำนวณหาความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะพยาบาลด้านการควบคุม และการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อ สถาบันบำราศนราดูร อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.65 SD = 0.59) โดยประกอบด้วย สมรรถนะด้านการป้องกัน และควบคุมการติดเชื้ออยู่ในระดับมาก (
= 3.65 SD = 0.60) สมรรถนะของพยาบาลด้านการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้ออยู่ในระดับมาก (
= 3.64 SD = 0.61) ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถนำไปกำหนดนโยบายด้านการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการควบคุมและเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในสถาบันบำราศนราดูร เพื่อให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
