ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและการจัดการตนเองในผู้สูงอายุโรคปอดอุดกั้นเรื้อรัง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์เพื่อศึกษาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ การจัดการตนเอง และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและการจัดการตนเองในผู้สูงอายุโรคปอดอุดกั้นเรื้อรัง โดย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่าเป็นโรคปอดอุดกั้นเรื้อรัง จำนวน 88 ราย คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงระหว่างเดือนมีนาคมถึงเมษายน พ.ศ. 2563 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในผู้สูงอายุโรคปอดอุดกั้นเรื้อรัง และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองในผู้สูงอายุโรคปอดอุดกั้นเรื้อรัง ซึ่งเครื่องมือได้รับการตรวจสอบคุณภาพแล้ว ในส่วนของการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพอยู่ระดับปานกลาง ( = 37.55) การจัดการตนเองอยู่ระดับดี ( = 61.99) ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการจัดการตนเองระดับปานกลาง (r = .444, p < .01) โดยข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานสำหรับพยาบาลและบุคลากรด้านสุขภาพสำหรับการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในผู้สูงอายุโรคปอดอุดกั้นเรื้อรังเพื่อให้เกิดการจัดการตนเองดีขึ้น
