การส่งเสริมและป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) ในชุมชน

บทคัดย่อ
ในปัจจุบันทั่วโลกมีการระบาดของโคโรนาไวรัสสายพันธ์ใหม่ ซึ่งกระทรวงสาธารณสุขของประเทศไทย เรียกโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสนี้ว่า โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 หรือโรคโควิด-19 วิธีการหนึ่งในการรับมือกับไวรัสนี้ คือ การป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อ ซึ่งชุมชนถือเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการส่งเสริมการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อ ดังนั้นการสนับสนุนให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมและรับผิดชอบในเรื่องการป้องกัน และการจัดการการแพร่กระจายเชื้อ โดยส่งเสริมให้ชุมชนมีศักยภาพในการจัดการตนเองตามบริบทสังคมวัฒนธรรมของพื้นที่ ทั้งระดับบุคคล กลุ่มองค์กรภาคประชาชนและหน่วยงานของชุมชน จะช่วยตอบสนองต่อปัญหาของประชาชนในพื้นที่ได้ตรงกับบริบทของชุมชนมากที่สุด บทความวิชาการนี้ นำเสนอเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมและป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อโควิด-19 ในชุมชน เพื่อเป็นแนวทางและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการส่งเสริมและป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อในชุมชนในบุคคลทั่วไปและเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับการดูและกลุ่มเสี่ยง ความรู้ที่ได้จากการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ ประกอบด้วย แนวทางการดำเนินการคัดกรอง ให้ความรู้ สร้างความเข้าใจ และติดตามเฝ้าระวังป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อโควิด-19 ในชุมชน และแนวทางการส่งเสริมและป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อโควิด-19 ในชุมชน โดยบุคคลทั่วไปควรดูแลตนเอง ได้แก่ สุขอนามัยของมือ สวมหน้ากากอนามัย การเว้นระยะห่างระหว่างบุคคล ให้ความร่วมมือการตรวจคัดกรองเบื้องต้น ให้ข้อมูลเมื่อสัมผัสกลุ่มเสี่ยงหรือเดินทางไปในพื้นที่เสี่ยงแก่ทีมสุขภาพของชุมชน การกักกันตนเองเพื่อสังเกตการเริ่มป่วยที่บ้าน และในกลุ่มบุคลากรสาธารณสุขหรือทีมการดูแลสุขภาพของชุมชน ควรสวมอุปกรณ์ป้องกันส่วนบุคคลทุกครั้งในการดูแลประชาชน/พื้นที่ที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงต่อการติดเชื้อ ได้แก่ หน้ากากอนามัย อุปกรณ์ป้องกันดวงตาและใบหน้า หมวกคลุมผม ถุงมือ เสื้อคลุมปฏิบัติการ อุปกรณ์ป้องกันเท้า โดยพิจารณาตามสถานการณ์การดูแล ซึ่งส่งเสริมการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อโรคโควิด-19 ในชุมชน
