中医治疗注意缺陷多动障碍的研究进展

摘要
注意缺陷多动障碍（ADHD）是一种常见的神经发育障碍，影响儿童的行为、注意力、情绪和社交能力。且发病率呈上升趋势。近年来，中医在 ADHD 治疗中的应用 逐渐增多。本研究旨在探讨针灸、中药、推拿及中西医结合疗法的临床效果。通过检索近 15 年 CNKI、PubMed 和 ThaiJO 数据库，筛选出符合标准的20 篇临床试验，结果显示，针灸可促进脑部血液循环、调和气血，有助于缓解 ADHD 症状；中药通过调节去甲肾上腺素、血清素等神经递质，改善情绪与行为控制；推拿通过刺激特定穴位，平衡气血、调节神经功能，从而减轻症状。因此，中医在 ADHD 治疗中展现良好临床效果。但仍需进一步研究以实现治疗标准化并验证长期安全性。
