头皮针联合常规针刺治疗孤独症谱系障碍患者的病例报告

摘要
本文目的为报告一例 12 岁女性孤独症谱系障碍（autism spectrum disorder，ASD）合并发育迟缓患者的临床病例。该患者接受了为期 5 周的头皮针联合常规体针的针灸治疗。为评估干预效果，采用泰语版自闭症治疗评估量表（Thai-autism treatment evaluation checklist，Thai-ATEC）对干预前后的症状严重程度进行评估。结果显示，Thai-ATEC 总分及各分项评分均下降，提示患者整体状况明显改善。改善最显著的方面包括语言与言语表达、沟通能力、社会互动、感觉与知觉、认知功能、身体健康以及行为表现等。本病例提示，针刺疗法可能在促进 ASD 患儿发育中发挥作用，并可作为标准治疗的辅助疗法，纳入全面的整体医疗护理方案中。然而，由于本评估仅依赖于 Thai-ATEC 量表且仅为单例病例报告，故其结果不能推广或作为针刺疗法对更广泛 ASD 群体疗效的明确证据。因此，需要进一步开展更大样本量的研究，以验证该疗法的有效性和安全性。
