中医与卫生健康外交：在洛杉矶的影响力扩展与接受情况

摘要
传统中医药在全球许多国家，包括美国，正日益获得广泛的认可。本文章以美国洛杉矶为个案，探讨传统中医药在美国医疗体系中的融合发展，通过文献分析与实地考察相结合的定性方法，深入分析促进传统中医药认可的因素及存在的限制性条件。结果发现，传统中医药在美国已获得法律与制度层面的正式认可，其中针灸疗法被纳入联邦医疗保险 (Medicare) 及军队医疗服务。此外，中医药在降低医疗成本、改善多民族社区的健康服务可及性方面发挥了重要作用。同时，洛杉矶通过与中国的学术交流合作，将传统中医药作为健康外交的重要工具。本文认为，泰国可借鉴上述经验，将传统中医药纳入本国医疗体系，以缓解医疗服务可及性问题，提升专业标准，并通过国际合作增强健康经济的潜力。
