孤独症谱系障碍与中医针灸治疗理论

摘要
本文章旨在探讨针灸疗法在治疗孤独症谱系障碍患者中的疗效，并对相关研究 进行综述。通过文献检索的方法，对不同数据库中的研究文献进行回顾分析，包括 中国知网 (CNKI)、Google Scholar 和 PubMed 等。本文检索并纳入 2014-2024 年间国内外 相关文献，以期将所得知识应用于孤独症谱系障碍患者的治疗与护理，或与其他治疗 方式相结合，以提高治疗的有效性和临床疗效，从而为 ASD 患者的康复提供更有效的干预策略。结果表明，针灸治疗能够有效促进孤独症谱系障碍患者的语言、沟通、行为和情绪发育，并在提高智力水平方面具有显著作用，从而显著改善患者的生活质量。此外，针灸还可与多种治疗方法相结合，如西药治疗、中药治疗、推拿治疗、作业疗法、言语治疗(语言康复)、行为疗法以及运动康复等，以进一步增强治疗效果。
