护肝保肝中药成方制剂的研究现状及展望

摘要
护肝保肝类中药成方制剂在临床上常用于防治肝脏疾病。本文梳理了目前具 “护肝”、“保肝”作用的中药成方制剂，并做了初步统计。探讨了护肝保肝中药成方制剂的中医基础理论，并从护肝保肝中药成方制剂的机制研究如肠-肝轴、临床应用现状如存在滥用行为、未来研发方向如以中药复方为基础开发新剂型等方面，分析了目前存在的问题，以期为护肝、保肝中药成方制剂的相关研发提供参考。
